The familiar shape of a pear, reimagined in solid timber. This handcrafted vase is designed to hold a single stem, fresh cutting, or dried botanical — a calm, natural focal point for any shelf, table, or window sill.

Why you'll love this Vase:

  • No two pieces are alike — each has its own distinct grain pattern, natural colour, and raw character
  • Made by hand in small batches by Rod & Tanya using recycled or responsibly sourced timber
  • Clean, minimalist silhouette that suits both modern and classic interiors
  • Oiled and ready to display straight out of the box

Specs & Care:

Dims: Approx 125mm H × 115mm W × 30mm D (sizes vary slightly by piece)
Includes: 1 × Handcrafted Timber Vase, 1 × Removable Glass Test Tube, 1 × Faux Foliage Sprig
Care: Wipe with a damp cloth. Best kept indoors or away from excessive moisture.

Each Wood Vase Pear is handmade in Australia from a curated selection of solid natural timbers — from deep, rich varieties to lighter, naturally textured woods. Enjoy choosing your favourite timber above to find the one that speaks to you — or makes the perfect handmade gift.

Sun catcher bird, red cedar.

It’s a beautiful sun catcher. I chose the red cedar wood option. It arrived very quickly and the hanging options are extremely useful. Lovely work, thank you.

Beautiful

The whole unboxing process was a joy when I received my order from RT Studios. I could smell and see and feel that the darling wooden bird I purchased had been especially prepared for transport into another home. I truly appreciated the care and attention you not only put into this unique wooden sculpture, but also the passion you hold for natural timber and the skill you have in highlighting its beauty.

I saw this on socials, and was pleased to find an Australian business. I bought it as a gift, and haven’t removed it from the wrapping (package for postage was excellent). Will keep this business in mind for future gifts, and will choose one for me as well :)
