Returns and Refunds Policy

RT Studios makes every effort to be fully transparent at all times. Accordingly, we have developed this Refunds & Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights with respect to refunds and returns.

Your entitlement to a refund or exchange 

Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product descriptions. We provide all the information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs. Please note, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size/length etc combination is chosen, within each product listing. Please understand that as written in the product description, the photos you see are not the exact items you receive due the nature of timber and the hand making process. We will not be held responsible for incorrect choices.

Return Policy

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. 

In the first instance RT Studios will aim to rectify the problem and send a replacement item for any faulty goods. If a replacement item isn’t available RT Studios may choose to refund your purchase. 

RT Studios return policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, so please get in touch with us as soon as you can if there is a problem.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings due to hygiene issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
 

Late Delivery and lost or damaged in transit

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. We can not be held responsible for postal delays or items not arriving on time for special occasions for obvious reasons.
