SHIPPING POLICY

At RT Studios we aim to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible and get your new purchases to you in a timely and safe way.

We ship with Australia Post.

Australia Shipping

Our shipping rates in Australia are as follows:

• Flat Rate (standard parcel post with tracking) is $15 or
• Free if you spend over $120
• Express Post $20 (parcel with tracking) option if you need your order faster.

Australia Post delivery times to most areas in Australia:

• • Standard Parcel Post allow 2 to 8 business days.
• • Express Parcel Post allow 1 to 4 business days

PLEASE NOTE:  COVID-19 restrictions and peak shipping seasons may cause delivery delays.

International Shipping

We are based in Canberra - Australia’s Capital city, we don’t have international shipping rates or delivery times listed but we can provide further information and a quote if you contact store@rtstudios.com.au and let us know what you are interested in purchasing and your delivery details.
